Let’s cook together traditional Greek homemade dishes following authen-tic recipes passed down from generation to generation.
During the lesson, you will learn how to prepare stuffed tomatoes and peppers (gemista), filled with rice and freshly picked vegetables and herbs from the garden. Until the “gemista is ready” our chef will also teach you how to prepare the famous smoky eggplant dip, roasted the traditional way, rich in flavor and aroma.
In the end, you will prepare grandmother’s traditional fried dough bites, golden and crispy, filled with local feta cheese. An unforgettable homemade treat inspired by our childhood memories.
We welcome our guests with a cup of hot mountain tea or homemade sour cherry juice. The meal will be served at the table accompanied by a fresh seasonal salad and wine from a Greek vineyard. At the end of the lesson, we say goodbye to our guests with participation diplomas.
